 WEEKEND SURGERIES

The surgery is open on a Saturday morning from 8am - 12 noon.

The service offered is for pre-booked appointments only. There is no Emergency Surgery Provision on a Saturday and if we are fully booked you will be directed to call 111 for the out of hours service if you feel you need to be seen urgently.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Anyone calling the Practice with new symptoms of fever, cough, colds, respiratory symptoms, sore throat or shortness of breath may be offered a telephone appointment with a clinician.  If you have an existing appointment booked and begin to experience any of the above symptoms, you MUST inform our Receptionists who will then arrange an appropriate alternative for you. Please note, we are also unable to arrange any COVID-19 testing. This must be done via NHS 111. If you have already spoken to 111 and do not qualify for a test, and are not so unwell that you require hospital admission, then our advice is to self-isolate.
